We have substantial experience working with NAAs, including EASA, CAA, ICAO, CASSOA, KCAA, CASA and many others. We represented the UK on EASA Rule Making Group RMG.0581 on UPRT and helped to write FCL.745.A for on-aircraft UPRT and FCL.915(e) for UPRT Flying Instructors which became mandatory in Europe in December 2019.

On-aircraft UPRT training for NAA Inspectors:
As the longest established UPRT provider in Europe and the market leader, Ultimate High is well positioned to train NAA Inspectors both for on-aircraft UPRT programmes and for UPRT Flight Instructor programmes. 

 

Quality Assurance for new UPRT Flying Instructors (FIs)
The establishment of new UPRT requirements faces the challenge of “Who shall train the trainers?”. Ultimate High can assist with training the initial group of UPRT FIs to ensure the appropriate standards are met, and provide ongoing Quality Assurance for the UPRT FI programmes.

Creation of UPRT Policies:
Ultimate High has substantial experience in assistance with creation of National UPRT policies. Written in conjunction with NAA staff, these can include all aspects of UPRT legal requirements, including UPRT Regulations, Guidance Materials and Acceptable Means of Compliance. These are usually based on a combination of ICAO, IATA and EASA guidelines.

Establishment of Audit procedures for UPRT providers:
Usually combined with the On-Aircraft UPRT training, this training equips NAA Inspectors to effectively audit Training organisations providing On-Aircraft UPRT programmes.
